Why you keep running out of creatives

Meta keeps showing your ads to the same people. At some point they just scroll past, and your cost per purchase goes up. That's creative fatigue, and the only real fix is a steady supply of new creatives.

Usually your product photos and material are already there, often even a finished script. What's missing is someone who turns them into new ads every week. You can hand that part to me instead of building your own team for it.

  1. You send me your material

    Product photos or footage, plus your logo. Video isn't a must. If you have a script, it holds the body and all hook lines. If you don't have one yet, we'll write it together. If you want AI scenes with your product, send me photos from several angles, otherwise the product won't look the same in every scene.

  2. I edit the batch

    My AI workflow prepares the rough cut and the variants, I do the fine cut and the sign-off myself. Each of your hooks becomes its own finished ad, with captions, in your formats. Where a scene is missing, I generate an AI clip with your product.

  3. You give feedback

    You take a look and tell me what should change. Two revision rounds per batch are included.

  4. You get the final files

    Exported in your formats, ready to upload straight to Ads Manager. Running them is up to you or your agency.

What's in a batch

A batch is a set of finished ads made from your script: body edited, each hook as its own variant, in your formats and with captions. You upload them and quickly see which opening holds attention.

  • Formats for the feed

    4:5 for the feed, 9:16 for Reels and Stories, 1:1 if you need it. How many formats are included depends on the package.

  • AI clips where footage is missing

    If your footage doesn't cover a scene, I generate it with AI. Your product photos are the reference, so there's no need for a reshoot.

  • Captions

    For everyone who scrolls with the sound off. I place them so nothing disappears under the Instagram buttons.

  • Check before delivery

    I review every export myself before delivery, picture and sound.

  • Usage rights

    Full usage rights for paid social, with no time limit.

What I don't do

I don't run your ads, that stays with you or your agency.

If there's no footage at all yet, product shoots and creator shoots are available as add-ons.

Why it's this fast

You get your ads this fast because of my own AI workflow, built on Claude Code. A team of AI agents prepares the rough cut, variants, captions and the export check, and renders run overnight. I focus on timing and the fine cut, and nothing goes out that I haven't signed off myself.

With an AI tool, you'd end up checking and fixing everything yourself. With me, the batch comes back fully edited.

AluFuchs sells custom-made aluminium patio roofs as DIY kits. The founder appears on camera in the ads himself. For AluFuchs, this was already the second round of founder ads.

AluFuchs sent the scripts and footage. I turned them into three ads with three hook variants each, so nine creatives. I built the animations and graphics in code, matched to the AluFuchs look and without stock templates. AI clips work too when footage is missing, but here the footage was enough. On top of that come three ads in question-sticker format, each with its own body. All in 9:16.

Who edits your ads

I'm Cedric Frobel, video editor and founder of CeditAds. After studying at SAE Institute, I started editing Meta ads as an in-house social media editor in October 2024. Since March 2026 I've been doing it independently for e-com brands, and a lot of my time right now goes into my AI workflow, so your footage turns into finished ads faster.

I work remotely from Germany, with brands wherever they're based. You deal with me directly the whole time, from the first message to the last revision.

Questions about ad editing

How much does an ad cost at CeditAds?

You start with a trial batch for €100 excl. VAT, a flat rate for a body up to 60 seconds. That gets you one body and three hooks, so three finished ads in two formats. After that it continues as a retainer, from €1,090 excl. VAT per month. Start it within 30 days and the full €100 counts toward it. If I miss the guaranteed 72 hours once everything is in, the trial batch is free.

Do you write the scripts too?

Yes, if you don't have one yet. Then we write it together, including the hook lines, and the 72 hours for the trial batch start when you approve it. If you already have one, I edit the variants straight from it. We'll sort out what the script costs on the intro call.

What do I need to send?

Your logo plus product photos or footage. Ads work from product photos alone, no video needed. In that case, send me photos from several angles so your product looks the same in every scene. Add your script if you already have one, otherwise we'll write it together. Ads that are already running help me get oriented.

Are you an AI tool for video ads?

No, I'm a video editor who uses AI to work faster. A tool spits out videos you have to check and fix yourself. From me you get finished AI-assisted video ads that I've edited and signed off.

When do you use AI clips?

I use AI clips when your footage doesn't cover a scene. Your product photos from several angles are the reference, so your product looks the same in every scene.

Which formats do I get?

You get your ads in 4:5, 9:16 or 1:1. The trial batch and Starter include two formats, Growth and Scale include three.

Who owns the finished ads?

You get full usage rights for paid social, with no time limit and included in the price. So you can run the ads for as long as they perform.

How is this different from a UGC agency?

A UGC agency connects you with creators who shoot new footage. I edit the footage you already have and build missing scenes with AI. If you still need new footage, creator shoots are available as an add-on.

Do you run the ads too?

No, I don't do media buying. You get finished files that you or your agency upload and test.

Where are you based?

I work remotely from Germany, for brands in any country. We can work in English or German, and I invoice in euros.
